Thank you for the huge turn out to Sports day on Wednesday afternoon. We had so many parents and carers come to spectate. It made us realise just how much we have grown. Next year we will have to hold two events so parents have time and space to move between the events.
At 1pm, I feared we were to be rained off but thankfully the dark grey clouds were swept away and the Rumboldswhyke spirit was evident in spades. We enjoyed a carousel of activities, followed by some closely competed track events. Well done to everyone for a fabulous afternoon. Thanks to the parents who joined in for the tug of war. I thought we were going to be there for some time: they were closely matched teams! Thank you to Mr Blewitt for organising and Mrs Topley and the Bishop Luffa Sports Leaders who supported the activities.
